rooftop poolhelpful staffthin wall
the rooftop pool was awesome! i spent hours up there. the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful too. i arrived early but they stored my luggage. that allowed me to explore the nearby area right away. the breakfast buffet each morning had a good selection.
the walls seemed a bit thin and i could sometimes hear noises from the adjacent room. it wasn't a major issue but noticeable at times. perhaps better soundproofing could help.

the bathroom layout was not ideal. getting between the sink and toilet was difficult. i found i had to shuffle sideways. there was no hook to hold the detachable hand shower.

Honestly, i was disappointed. my "standard room" was quite small. it had old furniture, which gave the room an unpleasant smell. the bathroom was also quite cramped, and the shower barely had any space. It was frustrating.

The rooftop view from the pool was very nice (especially at sunset). i found the reception staff amazing and they were really nice too ensure i had a good stay. i needed more furniture to put our suitcases on. Only had two small ones, but i didn't want to unpack the luggage. it would be good to have two chairs in the room just to sit on when not sleeping.

the receptionists were very helpful in providing useful tips. the airport pick up service was easy to arrange and efficient. the team prepared breakfast for me at 3 a.m. on my last day before an early checkout.
